How Much Do Luxury Wedding Flowers Cost in London? A 2026–2027 Pricing Guide
How Much Do Luxury Wedding Flowers Cost in London?
Luxury wedding flowers in London typically start from £5,000 for full-service floral design with Miriam Faith Flower Studio.
Depending on your guest numbers and priorities, this could include personal flowers (bouquets & buttonholes) a feature ceremony design, table centrepiece arrangements and the professional delivery, installation and removal service required to bring everything together.
Budgets between £5,000 and £10,000 allow greater scope for abundant tablescapes and statement installations. From £10,000 upwards, couples can explore more ambitious, large-scale and fully bespoke floral designs.
Every wedding is individually designed, and these figures are intended as helpful guidance rather than fixed packages.

What affects the cost of luxury wedding flowers?
1.Guest numbers and tables
More guests usually mean more dining tables, centrepieces, vessels and candles. A wedding for 60 guests will therefore have different reception costs from one for 200 guests.
2.The volume of flowers
Our house style is abundant, natural and flower-forward. Generous arrangements naturally require more flowers than sparse or foliage-led designs.
3.Large-scale installations
Arches, hanging flowers, staircases and entrance installations require additional flowers, mechanics, transport, preparation and skilled florists.
4.Venue access and timings
Restricted access, short setup windows and limited loading facilities may require a larger team.
Overnight installations or late-night removals are also charged appropriately because they involve unsociable working hours.
5.Multiple locations
Separate ceremony and reception venues may require two teams, additional vans and florists remaining on site to move and restyle arrangements.
6.Flower availability
Flowers are an agricultural product. Weather, availability, demand and colour can all affect pricing.
For example, red flowers often become more expensive around Valentine’s Day because demand is particularly high.
Are seasonal wedding flowers always cheaper?
Not necessarily.
We are naturally led by the seasons and would not usually recommend using a flower such as a peony when it is unavailable or not at its best.
However, seasonal flowers can still be affected by poor weather, limited crops, demand, colour and flower grade. Choosing seasonal flowers creates a design that feels appropriate to the time of year, but it does not guarantee a lower quotation.
What are the hidden costs behind wedding flowers?
So much happens behind the scenes!
The finished flowers are only one part of a professional wedding-floristry service.
Before the wedding, flowers must be ordered, received, checked, conditioned and stored. Structures and vessels are prepared, arrangements are made and vehicles are loaded. And even before that, we are sourcing flowers and vessels, writing flower recipes, liaising with your other suppliers and writing proposals.
On the day, a skilled team delivers, installs and styles everything within the venue’s permitted timeframe.
Afterwards, florists may return late at night or early the following morning to remove the flowers, candles, vessels and structures. Everything must then be cleaned and stored, while floral waste is composted or donated where possible.
It is a large-scale operation that begins well before guests arrive and continues after the celebration has ended.
